Ozzfest is an annual tour of the United States (and in some years, Europe) with performances by many heavy metal and hard rock bands. It was founded by Ozzy Osbourne and his wife Sharon Osbourne, who also organized each annual trip with his son Jack Osbourne. The Ozzfest tour has featured bands of different genres within heavy metal, hard rock and alt-metal, thrash metal, industrial metal, metalcore, hardcore punk, the bare metal, death metal, goth metal and black metal.
